Cancellation Policy - If there is less than 1 month until your booking, no refund can be given. If it's over 1 month, a full refund minus any money transfer fees. Check-in is 5pm and Check-out at 10am.

Cleaning and pet fees are extra to the nightly rates.
Between May 1st - August 31st there is a 4 night minimum stay. Where there is a gap of less, you'll see adjustments on the calendar for a lower minimum stay. The rest of the time its a minimum of 3 nights.
We do offer 2 night minumum stays out of season for an extra £45 per night. Just send us an email, and we'll make the adjustments for your required dates.
