Cancellation Policy - If there is less than 1 month until your booking, no refund can be given. If it's over 1 month, a full refund minus any money transfer fees. Check-in is 4pm and Check-out at 10am.

Bear in mind that you can either book the 3 bedroom unit, (up-to 6 adults) or the whole house (up-to 8 adults). Simply select the number of guests below. Cleaning and pet fees are extra to the nightly rates.

Between May 1st - August 31st there is a 4 night minimum stay. Where there is a gap of less, you'll see adjustments on the calendar for a lower minimum stay.

We do offer 1 and 2 night stays out of season (£375/£500 - inclusive of cleaning fees) in the 3 bedroom unit. Just send us an email, and we'll make the adjustments for your required dates and you can book. This offer is available from 1st November - 31st of March. Excluding December 23rd - January 2nd.
